    Just speculating but this may have nothing to do with roof calculations or reports etc. Could it be an audacious claim by EV that NEA are in breach of their spookfish based camera technology (hard to accept given seeing the 'spookfish' camera technology seems to be a second best option) or NEA having another go at EV at aspects of their spookfish camera technology breaching NEA patents.

    Or perhaps something else from left field?
