totally agree regarding the salary especially given the slow ramp up in sales .
The board and management seem oblivious to the fact that retail shareholders expect that remuneration to a company execs and staff should be based on performance achieved not performance they expect to achieve .
Strange really that this has occurred as the board are not Johnny come lately ..
