The announcement was cause for the pump.. whether it was this guy you're talking about or not, it was the catalyst for it. Otherwise he could pump it as much as he wants, if there was no "partnership" announcement as a catalyst it wouldn't have risen over 100% in a couple of days.
This stock is heavily manipulated and until such time of them generating revenue from their millions of users, or at least see some progressing signs of revenue where the fundamentals can be relied upon, it will continue to be a playground for the pump and dumpers. Hard truth like it or not unfortunately.
