read section 3.2 of asx guidance note 12
acquisition soon after reinstatement "raises serious concerns about the veracity of the prospectus"
ie how did they not know about this acquisition before reinstatement and why wasn't it in prospectus or supp prospectus
hopefully nothing comes of it but it is a risk, and that's why I said asx be looking closely at this
