Sources told Street Talk Artemis had Taylor Collison and Bell Potter sounding out small cap resources funds for a $10 million funding round over the weekend, which was expected to launch as early as Monday morning.
The brokers were talking to funds about a placement priced at 10¢ a share, above the company’s 9.6¢ last close and a 6.7 per cent discount to its five-day volume weighted average price.
Money raised would go towards drilling at Artemis’ Carlow Castle and Paterson Central gold/copper projects in WA.
