I'm glad you pointed this out, I'm actually on the phone to one of my law buddies, to see whether there is a way they can circumnavigate shareholder vote. by doing so, they will condense the timeline on finalisation.
as I've stated before, there has been part performance of the contract already, so we are already strongly bound atm
