CPH fell significantly more than the overall market yesterday (multiples of it), so calling it a sell off is fair.
Insider trading is not something we can be sure of, obviously, but we all know that when significant moves happen immediately before trading halts, they closely correlate with the nature of what is announced. Make whatever you wish of that, but it is a fairly reliable indicator.
At the end of the day, it will be what it is, and until it's announced, all non insiders can only speculate.
