Could be an TH associated with news of a dealers licence being granted, coupled with confirmation of execution of the 4 or so other Halucenex agreements with other parties?
The dealer's licence will allow Halucenex to commence it's Phase 2 clinical trials but also produce, sell/export as well. So another potential revenue stream?
