Is that disgusting looking pasta dish produced by Oppenheimer?
It looks like a spag bol to me.
It's on a sample display plate and not professionally photographed for a catalogue or cuisine magazine.
If you enlarge it, it looks like mince within, as it is supposed to be.
The only criticsm I would give is it seems to have too rich sauce. Tone down the red of the sauce and it looks like a typical spag bol.
The rocket could have been more fresh, perhaps.
Disgusting is a word a wounded losing investor would use, I suggest.
