International Shipments to China
We deliver orders to addresses in Mainland China using AUOD Express. (Note: we cannot deliver to Hong Kong, Macau, Xinjiang,Tibet or Taiwan). Freight is charged for all overseas deliveries. Freight and package fees may be updated to take into account changes to customs rules for the destination countries.
Please note: all shipments to China need to follow the requirements defined by China (PRC) customs.
For orders shipped to China, all shipping information, including the recipient's Chinese name and address in China needs to be entered in Simplified Chinese. According to the requirement of Chinese customs, we must upload the recipient's ID photo before the order can be dispatched.
When is my order dispatched to China?
We process all Chinese shipping orders on Thursdays. Our logistic partner, AUOD Express, every Friday.
Tracking information will only be available on AUOD's website AFTER your order has been picked up by AUOD from our warehouse.
Please note: Mr Vitamins is not responsible for any loss or delay of arrival once the shipment has left the Mr Vitamins warehouse.
