What's the bet it concerns this....

The agreement with Mutiara only comes into effect on a positive outcome for the trials and after Chinese regulatory approvals are granted.

Thy would have been better off saying a Chinese SOE has expressed interest in testing our product to see if it works for what they want. Once they do that they will then need to see if it is possible to get approval to use it in China, noting that current trade issues between the two countries have severely restricted imports from Australia.

Dead in the water this agreement.....will never happen imo
