What you wrote is less onerous than what they wrote. they expressly stated a positive outcome is required before the agreement comes into effect. There is nothing ambiguous about what they wrote in that sentence. China is buying iron oar and other products like hot cakes. Not all trade has been restricted, only certain targeted industries, so why would you need to state what might not even be. You don't see the miners putting that out there??? It's up to the investor to assess the political landscape and make a decision based on risk, not for the company to pre empt what China may or may not do. They are as much in the dark about what China may or may not do as anyone else. We are talking about Chinese cosmetics companies buying an ingredient to put in "THEIR OWN PRODUCTS", so it benefits Chinese cosmetic companies (and China from taxes) who will sell THEIR final products with ONE ingredient from HCT in them.
