I just don't see what they'd need to clarify in that announcement. Perhaps the statement sounds like Chinese approvals will be granted, as opposed to outlining there is a process involved that may see the approvals not granted. But anyone with experience in trading ought to know that it's not stamped until it's stamped. If it is a please explain, which we don't know if it is yet, it can't be a bad thing to have more information. Also, if it is a pleas explain, it just further underlines this guy's incompetence to run an ASX listed company and his incompetence to at least hire a competent team to make him look good. It's one thing to be a good scientist, its another to be a good CEO and leader.
