It was only late last year that BOA paid that special dividend (8c per share). 6 months later raising capital - sounds like a change in direction.Share price is higher now compared to late last year so raising should be at a higher price than it might have been. will watch to see if IGO participate - will be surprised if they don't. I also like the tight register, so hopefully will be able to participate.
