The good @johnsham and @jlo2012 spotted this back in mid march and quite rightly alluded to the fact that there may be news abound and why tom did not complete the UBS held sale of PFS units especially as this was so shortly after releasing 1/2 yrly results.
The reason ended up being that the board would have determined that he was not in an approved trading window given they were about to announce the Sentenial deal and they would have completed the share option / transaction with information that the market would have considered 'market sensitive'
This is the reason that UBS disposed of the shares
Lets see what comes out in the next few days and not get too wound up. They about the release Q3 numbers next week so i think it might be an extended trading halt and combine bad news with good + an extended 1H forecast
