As has always been the case, Alastair, Mick/Richard S, Ed and the entire crew are looking out for the best interests of shareholders.
I'm sure the placement was withdrawn with good reason and to protect the interests of existing stakeholders (of which Alastair, Mick and Richard are heavily invested).
