Request for Voluntary Suspension
Artemis Resources Limited (ASX:ARV) requests a voluntary suspension to the trading of the company’ssecurities until the earlier of an announcement concerning the capital raise announced on 12 May 2021 and the Carlow Castle resource review.
In accordance with listing rule 17.2 the company advises that:

1. The voluntary suspension is necessary as the Company has withdrawn the capital raise and expects to make an announcement in relation to this and the Carlow Castle resource review.
2. The company wishes the voluntary suspension to last until as such time it makes an announcement to the market concerning the capital raise and the Carlow Castle resource review or Friday 21 May 2021, whichever is the earlier.
3. The company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
