BHP (ASX:BHP) and Encounter are parties to an Option Agreement that provides BHP with the right to
enter an earn-in and joint venture agreement to earn up to 75% interest in the Elliott Copper Project by
spending up to $22 million over 10 years. The BHP election on an earn-in and joint venture agreement
is expected in May 2021.
