IMO this raise is to non shareholders but for new investors as usual. Hopefully funds required is to get Lime & Cement listed as a separate entity. Let's wait and see. This is precisely why you need to thread wearily with this mob. I have an issue with Mulder owning so much stock along with his mates. Covid in PNG is not helping with the progression of projects.
