We all know about overruns and cost blowouts in greenfield projects. We have seen both at KLL. They had a big problem and in hindsight were very upfront about it. They raised the extra funds and there have been no issues since.
We know the legal paperwork in all its detail isn’t published.
The problem with your argument with respect to is company is that the chief bullshitter keeps telling us that they are on budget.
He has told Justin Waite he has the best team in the world!
If he has the best team in the world and the project isn’t over budget or they aren’t continually running into problems (and needing to raise cash continually) then I can only assume that Taurus has the best lawyers in the world.
Keep on defending, the odds are you will be doing it again based on the form we have seen.
I’m not biased, I just comment on things I don’t like.
