I think you will find Blackrock only sold part of their holding and they obviously sold for a very good reason. Obviously MMI was not amazingly healthy when you consider 4-5 months of no production, a slow messy start to their season and potentially now an increase in debt just to fill a contract because cost of goods is more than receipts.
