Depending on where the ship has docked last, there are boarder force quarantine periods required before the ship loading can commence. These rules are different for state to state. And yes those days are paid for. Nothing that MMI can do about it. Shipping in current climate is incredibly hard and the high rates are taking a toll on many export businesses. Again nothing MMI or there management can do about it and no one could have predicted it.
