    Unfortunately for shareholders, Bruce and co have demonstrated how amateur they are. The company should have requested a trading halt yesterday as soon as it came to their attention that the EPA's website had been updated. This negative action this morning would have possibly been avoided.

    Still a buy, but you can't help but shake your head.
