I really feel for holders.
Many posters on the DCN threads had very high hopes for the company.
Yet for whatever reason (we already know about staffing issues), they are clearly not going to reach guidance for the June Q.
While I know many seem to think the recent merger was a good one, I still struggle to see why DCN paid such a hefty amount of script for NTM.
The run up in the NTM share price in the months before the merger was announced, really caused me to pause....
Anyway, I think most will probably have to realize that the share price is going to struggle in the near term. Lots of NTM holders are still above water with their holdings, and that means its easy to sell (at least, that is how I usually feel as a retail holder).
It will be interesting to see what sort of discount they have for the raising, the deeper it is, logically, the bigger the challenge being faced on the ground.
