They could want the money while there is still anticipation of neurology playing out. Nothing like drilling a tenement to destroy a prospect. If they were to drill and find nothing then the share price would drop and the company would be relying on Wilga downs and the Basin Creek area.which are both in early phase exploration and do not warrant the current market cap. Best to build hope/hype on other tenements than drill out Soverign Hill and finding nothing.
