On the face of it, the timing of this cap raise seems nonsensical given the amount of cash we have in the bank and everything that's going on around us ( Julimar specifically ),
BUT - this is Tim Goyder we're talking about here. He has more to lose than any of us. Personally, I don't feel he has made this decision in order to shoot himself in the foot by unnecessarily diluting himself, and he always has his fellow shareholders front of mind.
SO - there has to be good reason why they have decided to go now, we may not know yet, but something is up and I think it must be good, so I'm a little excited to see how this pans out.
