There will be no institutional investors introduced because most have restrictions in what they can invest in.....
This raise will be solely for the purpose to fund exploration in 3 different locations and be offered to SI's that have no emotion to DEV whatsoever and they will be happy to just take a stag profit.... than a loss - been there many times before....GL

And to answer your question....
Yes I am looking at it in a TA perspective...
And also a timing perspective....
Based on the chart below - The timing could have been better...
Imagine what the Issue price would have been if the CPN assays come back trumps.............
Best case is that we retest the breakout and don't fall back in the triangle and negate the pattern....
