I know exactly how options work. The way it was written was " 1 share for 2 options, I know you need to pay to convert them.. but essentially they have made the raise sound better buy attaching free options, when all they are is extra meat on the SOI as they are already in the money.

surely I'm not the only one that sees it this way!? Either they should have raised the CR amount and eliminated the options or increased the strike price so it makes participants in the raise hold onto their shares and options..
