Agree it seems to be an acquisition by IMC on wording and fingers crossed that they have a full game plan and that it’s a finalised deal fully costed to completion and beyond into integration and implementation and not say a HOA with due diligence and further assessment to come. If this is an acquisition with a real game plan it will be interesting if it expands on current products and R&D and not something brand new, as they really need to push their existing portfolio. Here is to a decent lift to get some more interest stimulated.
