    Not really holders prior to key announcements would be sitting on a 100% increase minimum. Nothing wrong with achieving funding from sophisticated investors when you don't know what the equity markets are gonna be like 6 months from now.

    they also may support secondary market. Some CR recently have been rough on holders with an immediate spike afterwards due to the bullish market. Meaning there is no incentive to support secondary market. Hopefully that's not the case.
