As companies grow, more capital is reqd. Companies that pay dividends typically dont pay 100% of earnings... Growth coys like CSL keep most of their earnings for growth, so dont need to CR.
WZR is same. Needs capital as it grows. Better for us they raise at a high share price than a low one. ie, less shares issued for the capital amount required. It isnt that hard to understand.
You should only be pissed if you are a speculator ST trader. Otherwise this is good news.
