We should remember that most of the recent capital raisings by Wisr have by and large looked after its existing shareholders. I remember a few years ago a placement was a decent premium above the SP at the time. They also have a knack for timing... the last raise was just months before COVID took hold but the company had sufficient capital in place to not only survive but to prosper despite the massive economic impacts that lay ahead.
