All IMO

I think for the revenue size of this company, it has ran top heavy on the executive and management pay and they have a knack for hiring key positions before they are required. Go back to the senior management appointments last year, personally I do not think the revenue supported the roles, what ever happened to boot strapping and growing into those roles.

You can see it in the Salary and Wage numbers. Earlier this year, they decided to start investing in a European company, that to me shows a lack of financial discipline and focus.

Why would a start-up company (in the sense that it is pre-profit) be investing in other companies. I don’t think the balance sheet is mature enough to support this, once I saw that initial investment I knew a capital raise was around the corner.

In theory this company has no COGS, it effectively has a COGS once a loan is originated, so it should be showing revenue by now.

For thosereasons, I knew this was coming – perhaps around September though.

I could betotally wrong on this, all IMO
