I'm not a DT but I do feel for W3 as I think he correctly called a local top based on the charts when we touched 16c. Without the annoucement we were likely heading back to retest 12.5c.
As for anyone who sells on Tuesday, the NPV of the project was circa 1bil based on the PFS numbers, its 2.25x that now ($2.25bil). So 25% of future NPV should see us at 56c.
Completed DFS and more funding would move it to 50% or $1. Thats conservative, no ramping...upside risk is just too great on this thing now.
