Correct, don't get me wrong I am not looking, nor hoping for it to turn into a rocket, but this type of news re-rates a company and the market will work that out.

Short termers will trade like short termers and we need them for liquidity.
Ask yourself these questions, with the like of LG and POSCO involved, do you think they:
a) invest in a company on a whim? No.
b) agree to long term binding off takes if they don't think you can deliver? No.
These guys need resource security. DYOR on that aspect alone.
Also:
c) do you think financing the TECH project just got easier? Yes

I ask myself one question. Do I want to own this stock into 2022 and 2023? YES
