Most companies have the t&c-s of the cap raise on hand shortly after the announcement of the TH.
Since OBM haven't published the details of the CR yet, it feels like it was a rushed decision by the board and they didn't have enough time to engage with Hawke's Point and/or the underwriters of the CR. All I can hope for is the CR was triggered by some sort of external factor e.g. acquisition, investment or another cornerstone investor and not led by sudden cash flow issues off the back of the slower commissioning. Anyway, we will certainly know more by Monday.
