money are not cheap or free, the more you raise before have something to show, the higher risk profile the CR has, thus higher cost, either at lower price or higher fee, etc. raise in stage is common.
i was holding WAF when it was 20c in 2019, just finish finance, borrow and cr at same time. It costs the share price to drop 50% from peak.
only through production and cashflow that they can win investor back.
if the all in cash cost is good and gold hold it ground. This Cr will give some working capital much needed in this resource boom
