So far no one has picked up on the importance of Dr.Patrick Yu Wai Man's appointment into PYC.He is a world renowned expert in ADOA from the NIHR Cambridge Biomedical Research Centre in UK.

• For Dr. Patrick Yu Wai Man to join PYC, he must first believed that PYC has the goods to deliver the result.
• He would help PYC to accelerate this ADOA drug candidate into clinical trials.
• He would also raise the profile of PYC in the scientific community on PMO-CPP applications.
• The continual success of applying only 10 μg (0.000 010 gram) to achieve meaning results would mitigate the toxicity risks. Our competitors have been using dosages of 10 - 100 mg (0.01 - 0.1 gram) which is 1,000 - 10,000 times higher, hence alleviating the risk of toxicity.
• In genetic medicine for eye diseases, Luxturna is FDA approved and yet listed common adverse reactions such as conjunctival hyperemia, cataract, increased intraocular pressure and retinal tear. Sepofarsen has high percentage of participants having adverse reactions such as cataract (8 out of 10), cystoid macular edema, and retinal thinning in their clinical trials.
