Julimar went from one RC rig to grabbing every available drill rig very quickly. I think they've had 6 going for 9 months now.
If the hill shows good visual results first 2 holes MAN can contract more drill rigs without having to raise money or risk running out of cash and trading insolvent. MAN's commitment to go straight to diamond core shows a certain level of confidence that there's something interesting to look at.
There's a lot you can do with cash, but you can't do anything without it. Overall the strategy is a good one. Also we don't know who's taking this 10% - anyone considered it could be a single entity taking all or most?
