My Cobalt exposure raised $45 million from institutions at a share price discount of 1.2%...on their last dilution. Australian Super were involved. That was a few months back and the share price has more than doubled since.
That worked better as those shares have never come to market. In saying that it’s harder to control thousands of individuals from selling after the raise.
