I think everyone knew there would be a cap raise at some point this year to fund the demo plant but is this just a cap raise or something more? Strange wording to use ‘Material fundraising’ rather than just straight up ‘capital raising’. The cynic in me thinks the wording might just be window dressing and it is just a standard placement/SPP but we will see. If we can bring in a customer as a cornerstone similar to like how QPM has snagged LGES/POSCO it will be a huge validation.
