I have seen other situations like this where the partner wants to make sure their jv partner has enough cash in coffers to be a reliable partner.
I think it's fine.
boost coffers with a cr. makes lck a stronger jv partner. removes any doubt from the South Koreans about quality of partner balance sheet.
then we continue the March to production.
