No, because no one would offer to raise them this amount if that were the case.
It just genuinely appears they want to be in a stronger cash position and, as Belfi suggested, the Koreans may want some assurance that they’ve got what they need for much of Stage 1 when signing the deal over … vs them being just a spec company with $5M odd in the bank.
Absolutely not concerned at all.
