If DL deal goes through, they would be able to do it higher. If DL doesnt go through, a share purchase plan would still be open and be way under subbed (i.e. no reason to participate until knowing the deal outcome by end of month).
The last raise was a solid deal by management. I am confident that they will have good reason for the timing of the raise.
