my view is ,
lck is progressing as planned with stage 1. funds raised will be for this purpose as stated in memo.
the timing is interesting.
they were going to do this before the hoA was announced.
I think it signals to the South Koreans, join us or we proceed without you.
remember, the South Koreans are only possible partners in urea plant.
stage one is not urea manafacturing as far as I understand.
so
