I think that’s a good point you raise, and could be an important enabler in maintaining their strength in negotiation.
we have no actual visibility on how the negotiations are progressing, if this was a quick draw act that was necessary to seal the deal with DLEC then so be it.

most holders who are actively involved in webinars and the like were on the mailing list for the raise, so I think it’s done right by a lot of holders by providing opportunity to increase positions at a discount.. especially if a deal is closed in 2-3 weeks and SP could still break into the 30s.
