GCY is 32c now and if we value FFR shares at .34% of GCY I value FFR shares at 10.88c.
FFR is currently trading at 11.5c so based on that we have a small premium of 5.39% in FFR’s favour going into a merger.
Very small now and quite disappointing but with time I’m sure we will see greater value for shareholders.
