With respect...."something like 1 GCY share for every 8 FFR shares"....to recap....GCY were trading at 37c, FFR at 10c...so you're advocating for every 37c of their script you'd put up 80c of your own? FFR shareholders take a 50% bath on a script merger where GCY are the suitor? That would be a first. Either your maths is wayward, you're a GCY plant here to down ramp FFR or you're a nutter! 1 for 4 would almost be a nil premium merger but I'd be very surprised (and disappointed) if that was the outcome. I certainly wouldn't vote for it.
