The company is also giving 1 free option for every two shares. People will be selling the shares at 2.2c and still making money.
If the option is worth 0.25c (a quarter of a cent) it means people can sell it at 2.1c and still make some money.
CPS was another winner. CPS will get $672k plus 135 million options for helping with the placement. The value of the 135 million options is not insignificant. If the options are worth 0.25c, it means another $337.5k or $1 million all together.
