Can’t be sure until we know details, but at face value, we are fine on the basis that A. We are not selling a stake in FFX, we are selling a stake in our foreign subsidiary and B. We do not appear to be offering a board seat.
These two major factors imo keep this clear of unwanted FIRB interest.
